All orders are shipped abroad insured, via FedEx, UPS, or One Service depending on the preference of the customer. Since all our products are custom-made, it takes three business days to manufacture each order. At the end of the third business day the order is shipped via expedited shipping and it takes another three business days for delivery. The carat information and patent of each design is stamped on the piece. Each item is shipped with a certificate, a warranty card, and an invoice. Customers are not responsible for any shipping or import tax costs. Customers pay only what is written on the website for the item price.
